Pilates Business Club is operated by Concept & Cadence, LLC, a New York limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to your use of pilatesbusinessclub.com, your PBC Library account and the guides and tools we provide. By using the site, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so access to your email is access to your Library. Keep your email account secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your Library. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy products.

Free and paid content

The Starter Guide is free. Paid modules and bundles will be offered at the prices shown at checkout. Terms for purchases, including payment, taxes and refunds, will be published here before paid products go on sale.

Your licence

When you get a guide or toolkit from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own professional development and your own Pilates business.

You may:

  Read, download and print the guides for your own use.

  Copy, adapt and use the toolkit templates, trackers and calculators in running your own business.

You may not:

  Share, resell, sublicense or publish the guides or toolkits, or your login, with anyone else.

  Use our materials to create a competing course, product or training program.

  Remove copyright notices or present our materials as your own.

Ownership

All content on the site, including the guides, toolkits, text, design and the Pilates Business Club name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Educational content, not professional advice

Our materials are general business education for Pilates instructors. They are not legal, financial, tax or insurance advice. Results depend on your circumstances and effort, and we do not guarantee any particular income, bookings or outcome. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

The site and our materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our materials is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
