Pilates Business Club is operated by Concept & Cadence, LLC, a New York limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through pilatesbusinessclub.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your email address, when you request the Starter Guide, join the waitlist or sign in to your Library.
Which list you joined and when, and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails.
If you buy a module in future: your name, billing details and purchase history. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
Basic technical information sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider records in server logs.
When you submit a form, a one-way hashed form of your IP address, kept for no more than 24 hours to prevent spam and abuse. We cannot recover your IP address from it.
How we use it
To send you what you asked for, such as the Starter Guide, sign-in links and waitlist updates.
To run your Library account and give you access to anything you own.
To send newsletters and offers, where you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and understand how it is used.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site and our emails. They process information only on our instructions:
Vercel (website hosting)
Supabase (accounts, database and file storage)
Resend (transactional email delivery)
Klaviyo (newsletters and marketing email)
Adobe Fonts (web font delivery)
A payment provider, once paid products are available
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, or to a successor if the business is sold or reorganized.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to your Library. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and account information while your account is active or you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information, except for records we must keep by law, such as purchase records for tax purposes.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including under US state privacy laws and the EU or UK GDPR.
To make a request, email hello@pilatesbusinessclub.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Visitors from the EU and UK
We process your information to provide what you request (contract), with your consent (marketing emails), and for our legitimate interests in running and securing the site. Your information is processed in the United States; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is for working and aspiring Pilates instructors and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you by email about significant changes.
